The eight individual cottages are set on the hillside and each consists of an airy bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private veranda, perfectly positioned to watch the sun set behind the Rwenzori Mountains. At night the dining room is festooned with candles – the lodge only has electricity in the cottages, so as to not destroy the tranquility and atmosphere of a night in the African bush. The lounge, reception and dining room open out onto the lake and a full English breakfast is served every morning on the veranda with wonderful views of the lake.

Delicious meals are prepared by creative chefs and served in the airy dining room or out on the deck. Cool off in the salt-water swimming pool or laze in a hammock, while you admire the endless view.
